1. Personal data we collect
- Kakao OAuth login: Kakao member ID, nickname, profile photo, email (if consented)
- Google OAuth login: Google account identifier, name, profile photo, email
- Service usage records: bot messages, trade-journal entries, watchlist, access logs
- Paid subscription/payment: payment identifier token, payment-method last digits — card numbers and other payment details are held by the payment provider (PG); the Company does not store them directly
- Automatically collected: IP address, cookies, access time, device/browser info
2. Purpose of collection & use
- Member identification and login authentication
- Personalized recommendations (based on watchlist and trade records)
- Subscription-tier management and payment processing
- Statistical analysis to improve service quality
3. Retention period / destruction
Personal data is destroyed without delay once the purpose is achieved or upon account withdrawal. Electronic files are deleted irrecoverably and printouts are shredded/incinerated. However, the following is retained for the periods required by law:
- Contract & withdrawal records: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in E-Commerce)
- Payment & goods-supply records: 5 years (same Act)
- Consumer complaint & dispute records: 3 years (same Act)
- Access (login) logs: 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act)
4. Provision to third parties
In principle we do not provide data to outside parties without the user's consent. Exceptions:
- When required by law or requested by an investigative authority
- Essential information exchange with the payment provider (PG) to process payments
4-1. Entrustment of personal-data processing
To provide smooth payment services, the Company entrusts personal-data processing as follows:
- Processor: Toss Payments — Korean card payments (Career subscription / 7-day pass)
- Processor: PayPal — international (USD) payments and subscriptions
5. Your rights
- Request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of your data
- Account withdrawal can be requested via My Page or email
6. Cookies & analytics
We use cookies for session maintenance (NextAuth), ad personalization (Google AdSense) and traffic analysis (Vercel Analytics). You can allow or block cookies in your browser settings.

- Safari/mobile: Settings > Privacy > Block cookies
- Blocking cookies may limit some features, such as login.
